30 SECOND MILK
You need: a fork or whisk, a jug or bowl and some water
1. Squeeze your nooj into a jug.
2. Add a little water, mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Add more water bit by bit, mixing as you go until you have the type of milk you like (full fat, semi or skinny).
