Here’s how we got noojing with Wibble 👇👇
Bring 240 ml of water to the boil
Add 1 sachet of Wibble Jelly Crystals and mix well until dissolved
Add 75g of Cashew Nooj and blitz with a wand blender to combine with the jelly
Pour the mixture into 4 moulds (silicone muffin ones work well, brush with a tiny bit of oil first for a good release) and chill for a couple of hours 😍💫
