Who can’t resist creamy mushrooms on toast 😍? So easy to nooj up too, just add enough water to your nooj (remember the nooj know how, just a splash to start with) to make a pouring cream consistency, add a touch of garlic paste and a pinch of powdered stock if you like. Sauté your mushrooms and when done to your liking add your cream and simmer for a minute. The sauce will thicken quickly so add more water if needed. This can be adapted too for anything you might want to fry in this way, just add nooj with liquid (water, stock, wine) for a creamy, dairy-free sauce 👌💫
