⭐️ Dairy free
⭐️ Refined sugar free
⭐️ Soy free
⭐️ GMO free

Here’s how 👉
🥄 7g dried yeast
🥄 100ml warm DF m!lk
🥄 2 eggs (keep one of the egg yolks for brushing on at the end)
🥄 100g coconut sugar + 1 tsp for activating the yeast
🥄 450g GF flour
🥄 2 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 lemon zest from 1 lemon
🥄 60ml oil
🥄 30g melted DF butter
🥄 1 pack @noojfood almond paste

Method
– Activate the dried yeast with the warm milk and 1 tsp sugar, leave for 10 mins to activate
– In a separate bowl mix the oil, melted butter, eggs, sugar and the remaining milk. Add this to the yeast mixture then add the flour.
– Mix to make a soft dough
– Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise.
– Cut the dough into 6 balls
– Roll each ball out and spread with a little of the nooj
– Roll each into a snail shape, place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise again
– Brush with the remaining egg yolk and bake at 180 until golden…..dig in 😍
