These 🍫CHOCOLATE GANACHE COOKIE DOUGH CUPS 🍫🍪 are perfect when you need something to satisfy that chocolate craving without turning on the oven 🤩
All you need is some @thegreatbritishporridgeco chocolate instant oats and a couple of @noojfood pastes and you’re all set, here’s how 👇
For the cookie dough cups
🍪 175g blitzed GBPCo chocolate oats
🍪 2tbs maple syrup
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 80g Almond nooj
For the chocolate ganache filling
🍫 100 cashew nooj
🍫 2 tbs (or more if you like) cocoa powder
🍫 2 tbs maple syrup
👉 Blitz the oats. Mix the almond nooj and the maple syrup and add the oats, mix to a stiff dough
👉 Roll the dough into 10 balls the size of walnuts, press into a mini muffin tin and chill for at least an hour.
👉 Mix the cashew nooj, the cocoa powder and the maple syrup.
👉 Add the ganache to a piping bag and fill the cups. Keep chilled and enjoy within a couple of days 😍
