These ๐ซCHOCOLATE GANACHE COOKIE DOUGH CUPS ๐ซ๐ช are perfect when you need something to satisfy that chocolate craving without turning on the oven ๐คฉ
All you need is some @thegreatbritishporridgeco chocolate instant oats and a couple of @noojfood pastes and youโre all set, hereโs how ๐
For the cookie dough cups
๐ช 175g blitzed GBPCo chocolate oats
๐ช 2tbs maple syrup
๐ช Pinch of salt
๐ช 80g Almond nooj
For the chocolate ganache filling
๐ซ 100 cashew nooj
๐ซ 2 tbs (or more if you like) cocoa powder
๐ซ 2 tbs maple syrup
๐ Blitz the oats. Mix the almond nooj and the maple syrup and add the oats, mix to a stiff dough
๐ Roll the dough into 10 balls the size of walnuts, press into a mini muffin tin and chill for at least an hour.
๐ Mix the cashew nooj, the cocoa powder and the maple syrup.
๐ Add the ganache to a piping bag and fill the cups. Keep chilled and enjoy within a couple of days ๐
