These CHOCOLATE GANACHE COOKIE DOUGH CUPS  are perfect when

These ๐ŸซCHOCOLATE GANACHE COOKIE DOUGH CUPS ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿช are perfect when you need something to satisfy that chocolate craving without turning on the oven ๐Ÿคฉ

All you need is some @thegreatbritishporridgeco chocolate instant oats and a couple of @noojfood pastes and youโ€™re all set, hereโ€™s how ๐Ÿ‘‡

For the cookie dough cups
๐Ÿช 175g blitzed GBPCo chocolate oats
๐Ÿช 2tbs maple syrup
๐Ÿช Pinch of salt
๐Ÿช 80g Almond nooj

For the chocolate ganache filling
๐Ÿซ 100 cashew nooj
๐Ÿซ 2 tbs (or more if you like) cocoa powder
๐Ÿซ 2 tbs maple syrup

๐Ÿ‘‰ Blitz the oats. Mix the almond nooj and the maple syrup and add the oats, mix to a stiff dough
๐Ÿ‘‰ Roll the dough into 10 balls the size of walnuts, press into a mini muffin tin and chill for at least an hour.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Mix the cashew nooj, the cocoa powder and the maple syrup.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Add the ganache to a piping bag and fill the cups. Keep chilled and enjoy within a couple of days ๐Ÿ˜
