The perfect afternoon tea accompaniment 🍓

Vegan and Gluten Free cake BUT still super duper tasty 😋 using @noojfood almond paste to make the cake extra nutty 🥜 and boy did this work perfectly!!! I mean you cant have a Bakewell tart without the almond taste so having a paste was so much stronger in flavour than regular milk as you can choose how much water to add to reduce the flavour (obvs I didn’t use as much water) yummm

Ingredients:
@noojfood almond paste (made into 140ml milk) ad
140g caster sugar
140g @vitalite melted butter
140g @dovesfarm self raising flour
140g @hollandandbarrett ground almonds
1tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp @hollandandbarrett flaked almonds
Handful raspberry
Icing sugar to serve
