NO BLENDER NEEDED just a mini whisk 🤩
You guys know the drill: add a splash 🤏 of water to your nooj and mix well. We like adding a berry coulis (recipe 👇) and @inspiriko high fibre powder too. Top with fruit, seeds, granola and a drizzle of peanut butter…perfection in a bowl 🥰
For an easy berry coulis
🍓Simmer mixed berries with some clementine juice (or defrost frozen berries and use those instead) for a few minutes. Remove from heat and purée with a stick blender, pass through a sieve to remove seeds if you like. Cool and store in lidded jars in the fridge.
