Needing a refreshing drink in this 🥵 weather? This recipe is SO easy to throw together and as Cashew nooj goes so well with lime juice we had to give this a go 🌱
Feel free to add more nooj for a creamier, thicker finish and if you have some Bacardi lurking in your cupboard, splash a bit of that in too 😜

Here’s how we did it
Blitz 4 limes with 2 cups of water
Strain through a fine mesh sieve
Add 2 more cups of water, ice, honey to taste and a BIG squeeze of Cashew nooj, blitz again.
Serve over ice, (splash of Bacardi) and garnish with lime slices and mint 🌱
