Mmm, one of the nicest things you can make with nooj is over

Mmm, one of the nicest things you can make with nooj is over night oats 😍. This is how we do it but feel free to make them super creamy by adding more nooj, top with toasted nuts, seeds and some noojed up salted caramel sauce… honestly the best breakfast you could eat 💫

250ml nooj milk (50g nooj, 200ml water)
125g rolled oats
Pinch of salt
1 tbs maple syrup (or more if you prefer it sweeter)

Make the milk by adding a splash of water to the nooj, mix well, add a bit more, mix etc. Add the other ingredients, mix well, leave covered in the fridge over night. Serve with something sweet drizzled on top 👌
