Here’s how we made it👇
100g Almond Nooj
50g light olive oil, or sunflower oil
25g The Groovy Food Company’s Organic Omega Cool Oil
1 tbs miso paste
1 tbs poppy seeds
Add the nooj to a bowl and using an electric hand whisk, very gradually whisk in your sunflower oil.
Do this about a tablespoon at a time and mix thoroughly until well combined before adding another tablespoon.
Keep going in this way, add a good pinch of sea salt then start to gradually mix in your Cool Oil.
If the mixture looks like it might split (as it might towards the end) add a few drops of boiled water and mix again.
Finish by adding your miso and poppy seeds.
Great on hot toast and sandwiches, keep for up to 5 days in the fridge in a lidded jar 💫
