It’s wine o’clock in the nooj HQ 😀and what better way to celebrate #nationalwineday🍷 than a ridiculously easy to make noojed up ‘cheese’. Perfect on a cheese board with a few choice nibbles and a big glass of red (or white…or rosè…)

Here’s how 👇
🧀 add cashew 100g nooj to a bowl
🧀 mix in 2 tsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest, 1/2 tsp salt
🧀 line a mould with cling film (we used the end of a card tube 🤷🏼♀️)
🧀 add all the mixture into the mould and cover
🧀 chill thoroughly for at least a couple of hours in the fridge, or overnight before removing
🧀 remove your cheese from the mould and coat in poppy seeds, chopped herbs, chopped toasted nut/seeds. Store in the fridge for a few days…..if you can resist it ❤️
