Whether you need a big batch or a quick fix, there’s a nooj knack for everyone. Whether you’re a whisker or a shaker, super ‘skinny’ or full fat yes please 🙋🏼‍♀️, all you need is a bit of nooj know how.
Here’s our top tips for successful noojing👇

🥛 Add just a splash of water to start with and mix well, this will loosen the paste real nice👌
🥛 If shaking in a lidded container, best bring the nooj up to room temperature, it will mix better when not fridge cold 🥶
🥛 If mixing a larger amount a spoon is all you need, a smaller amount is better shaken or use a mini whisk but feel free to use what you like🥢🍴🪥
🥛 Each pack can make 2.5 litres (with 4% nut content) but you choose how YOU like it, taste it and add more water if you like, we won’t mind 🤷🏼‍♀️!

And remember, no need to pay for water or it’s heavy transportation 🚚 👊
