This is how we’re doing breakfast this morning in the nooj house ☕️🍞🧈 just coffee and toast, naturally dairy-free and delicious though 👌.

So, we used 1 pack of almond nooj to make milk and ‘butter’, here’s how 👇
🥛Use about 1/3 of a pack of almond nooj, gradually mix in (start with just a splash of water to loosen the paste) 1.5 litres water. Mix till you have a smooth cream, then gradually mix in the rest of water. This can be stored in the fridge for 3 days and will have a nut content of 4% 👌
🧈 Add the remainder of the nooj, about 50g to a bowl and gradually beat in about 25g of you favourites oil, any will work, a little at a time. Adding miso paste, chill, garlic herbs etc also tastes great😋. Store covered in the fridge for a couple of weeks and spread on anything, bake with it too, just don’t try to fry with it 😉
