140g oat flour
60g chick pea flour
30g almond nooj
25g vegan block
2 tbs icing sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Caramel
180g soaked dates
70g cashew nooj
1/4 tsp salt

Chocolate
80g nooj
4 tbs maple syrup
25g cocoa
2 tsp vanilla extract
80 ml water (just add more for a runnier sauce)
