Don’t you just love a lolly ? Or popsicle, whatever you pref

Don’t you just love a lolly 😍? Or popsicle, whatever you prefer! These really hit the spot too in a kind of good-for-you-but-delicious way. They’re creamy in a white chocolate way but contain lots of healthful ingredients so are also great for breakfast, snacks or dessert, bring on the sun ☀️!

For this recipe we teamed up with our pals @paleofoodsco and used their knockout granola ⭐️

Here’s how, makes 4👇
6 tsp of blueberry/blackcurrant jam. You could also used some berry coulis to reduce sugar here instead of jam
Handful of halved blueberries
100g nooj, mixed with enough water to make the consistency of double cream
Few drops of vanilla extract
70g granola

Mix the jam well, or warm slightly to create a runnier texture
Add the halved blueberries and set aside
Add a splash of water to the nooj, mix to loosen, then gradually add the rest of the water mixing as you go
Add the jam mixture, mixing only slightly to create a rippled effect
Add a teaspoon of the nooj mixture to the lolly moulds, followed by a teaspoon of the granola. Keep layering this way, finishing with a layer of granola 👌
