Nooj up some cheap and nutritious cannellini beans and take them to next level deliciousness with a quick squeeeeze of nooj 👌. Quick and easy, loads of fibre and plant protein in this one, add plenty of garlic, a handful of spinach and of course, no need for dairy or anything else with hard working 💪 nooj in your fridge.

Here’s how 👇(enough for 2 people)
1 tin of cannellini beans
Squeeze of nooj, about 20g
150 stock
4 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Handful of fresh spinach
– Chop and gently fry the garlic and spring onions
– Drain the cannellini beans, save the canning liquid as some of this starchy water will used in the sauce
– Add the beans to the onions and garlic with the stock and a splash of the reserved liquid, simmer gently for a couple of minutes
– Add the nooj to the simmering beans and mix, simmer for another minute, add more of the reserved liquid if necessary
– Add the spinach, simmer until wilted, serve on hot toast….perfection 😍
