Shipping policy

Shipping available to UK mainland including England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.

£4.50 delivery charge. We will dispatch your by the next working day after your order is received. Delivery is using a next day chilled delivery service.

Quality Concerns

If the package has been damaged during delivery please email us as soon as possible and if you can, please include pictures. Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

  1. Incorrect addresses
  2. Unopened parcels
  3. Delayed deliveries due to weather problems or Covid 19
  4. Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.

Delivery

Our deliveries will be sent using a 24hr service, all products will be sent using chilled packaging that will keep the products cool for 24 hours. On receipt of products please transfer goods to refrigeration as soon as possible.

Someone will need to sign for the delivery, either at the address or a neighbour. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the parcel after delivery and no refund will be given if the delivery is missed because no one is able to sign for the package.

Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.

Returns policy: given that our products are chilled, we are unable to accept returns and can only offer substitute products or a refund if the item arrives damaged or compromised. If your product is damaged, please send an email with an attached picture attached upon delivery for our investigation.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP. Nooj retains the right to accept or refuse a cancellation.
